Woild you recommend over lvt.
Lvt or laminate mumsnet.
I know it says with laminate not to mop due to water over time ruining the wood.
Found everywhere from airports and hotel lobbies to schools hospitals and more lvt has vastly become one of the most popular commercial options in today s flooring market.
Not saying you want a laminate look in your bathroom but they might have something you like.
A cheap luxury vinyl starts at around 2 per square foot and can go as high as 7 but there are plenty of quality vinyl tiles available in the 3 to 4 range.
Has anyone had waterproof laminate put on is the feel of it a lot different to normal laminate.
Laminate floors start at about 1 per square foot but you really get what you play for here.
Would have preferred proper stuck down lvt and it would have lasted longer but we couldn t bring ourselves to spend an extra 1000 on a different sort of fake.

Was laminate until recently but dh put me straight when we were choosing floor for the other bathroom and he said that lvt was way easier to fit than laminate.
I think it looks lovely and of very good quality.
We ve had real wood parquet before which looked lovely but we missed the cosiness.
But the practical ness of the lvt appeals to me.
I was pretty set on laminate but have heard great things about lvt especially in kitchens.

We have it in our utility as apparently laminate can go a bit funny after a few years under a tumble.

If you think your flooring may be at risk of scratching choose lvt but bear in mind that you can easily replace a single laminate board and it will cost much less.

Dh does not like the idea of putting a screed down to stick lvt to he would prefer the click t.
It looks like laminate but underfoot it feels like vinyl.
I think i prefer the look of laminate it obviously has more of a real wood look about it which i like.
