I went back to the high wall to check if i had missed anything and noticed there is a locked door and after searching the area i cant figure out how to open it.

Enter the far doorway to find an elevator leading back up to the high wall where that locked door was to the right of the first bonfire hooray for shortcuts.
There are a couple more hollows.
It is in the room below the 2 assassins and in the actual room there is a halbert wielding hollow.
